Document Production Assistant I

Role Description Zwicker is presently seeking a Document Production Assistant I to join our team. The Document Production Assistant plays a key role in managing and preparing documents within legal, corporate, or administrative environments. The role can be remote after the 90-day training period. The base hourly rate for this position is $17.00. - Scanning paper documents to create electronic copies - Printing documents - Data Entry: recording information into the system of record - Electronic filing of electronic documents by transferring data between systems - Document retrieval from electronic databases - Saving, renaming, and redacting files - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy - Comfortable working independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient computer skills including experience in Adobe and Microsoft Office Excel and Word - Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing - Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device - Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule - Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Requirements - Must have a private location within their home free from third parties and household members - Must have stable internet service with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps or any broadband cable access that allows company-issued equipment to connect and operate without disruption - Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security standards - Availability during business hours - Comply with the Firm’s Remote Working Policy - Be able to lift five pounds or greater - Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times - Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed - Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking Benefits - Medical, vision, and dental insurance - Long-term disability insurance - Life insurance - Compensated time off - Paid holidays - 401 (K) with match

Role Description An Executive Assistant at The Adaptavist Group or any of its companies will play a key role in helping the business grow, pushing for the rapid growth we currently achieve into the foreseeable future, and supporting the team with the challenges that come with it. This role will primarily cover general administration, operational duties, and supporting global senior leaders by freeing them of tasks so they can focus on managing their areas of the business on a day-to-day basis. The role will involve daily challenges that require creative, collaborative solutions, working with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, at all levels.
