Sales Development Representative

Greenhouse Software

• Responsible for both inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification efforts • Engage with potential clients from various channels and assess their needs • Create opportunities for the sales team • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams • Respond promptly to inbound leads and provide actionable feedback to Marketing • Manage and coordinate activities related to trade shows and webinars • Execute post-event strategies to engage attendees through personalized outreach • Conduct targeted research on assigned territory accounts

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years as an SDR or in a similar sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification metrics
  • Experience engaging with warm leads, including those from events and marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong Engage), and research tools such as LinkedIn Navigator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different personas
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to prioritize accounts and determine the most effective outreach approach
  • Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow within the sales organization.
