Workstream
Role Description We are looking for a Benefits Specialist to work closely with clients after implementation, helping them successfully transition and get the most out of Workstream Benefits and ACA Systems. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients post-implementation, checking in regularly to make sure they have what they need, that there are no issues, and that everything is running smoothly as they get started. You’ll play a key role in driving adoption, supporting open enrollment, and ensuring clients stay compliant and confident using our platform. - Work with clients after implementation to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support - Act as the main point of contact for all clients post-implementation - Proactively check in with clients to make sure they have what they need and that there are no issues - Support the successful adoption of Workstream Benefits and ACA Systems - Assist with and lead the annual Open Enrollment process, including communicating plans and changes or system changes - Ensure companies stay ACA compliant once systems go live - Support benefits setup and administration within Workstream - Ensure insurance deductions (pre-tax and post-tax) are set up and working correctly - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits, ACA, and deductions - Review documents submitted prior to system build for both Benefits and ACA (as needed) - Maintain accurate data and ensure everything is up to date within HRIS/benefits systems Qualifications - Customer Service: Maintaining a high level of support for all clients - Communication: Clear, professional communication with clients and employees - Confidentiality: Comfortable handling sensitive employee data - Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in benefits setup and deductions - Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues - Organization & Time Management: Managing multiple clients and deadlines - Technical Comfort: Confident working in HRIS and benefits systems - Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with internal teams - Experience working in a benefits, payroll, or HRIS platform environment, or with a broker - Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Workspace - Strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, ERISA) Requirements - 2 to 3+ years of experience in benefits, HR, or related field (preferred, not required) - Familiarity with HRIS and/or payroll systems (preferred, not required) - Experience supporting or participating in Open Enrollment processes Benefits - Permanently Remote - Pay wired directly to your bank account - $50 Monthly Stipend - Annual Bonus - Performance-based bonuses - Flexible PTO - Enjoy company time off during some of the major US and PH Holidays - Company-issued Device - Career fast track for performers and internal mobility - Learn from a team of Stanford, MIT, Google, and Harvard alumni
