Solution Developer, Power Platform

ERNI

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions. • Lead solution delivery using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. • Collaborate with development teams to enhance existing applications and build new solutions. • Review technical designs and provide guidance on issue resolution and best practices. • Monitor client feedback and ensure successful solution adoption. • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation. • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes. • Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with security requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, including architecture, development, deployment, maintenance, migration, and data management.
  • Strong experience with: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio.
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture and system integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
