• This position is contingent upon contract award • Support mission requirements for developing, integrating, and sustaining a scalable, federated data ecosystem • Enhance interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer • Bridge operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and international partners for real-time information sharing • Design, implement, and maintain geospatial data visualization solutions that integrate with cloud-based platforms • Develop operational dashboards leveraging GIS tools such as ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, and open-source geospatial platforms • Optimize geospatial data layers for real-time analytics and information sharing • Oversee the integration of geospatial AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy with mission requirements • Provide the Geospatial Data & Dashboard Integration Report, detailing enhancements and user engagement metrics

• Architect end-to-end AWS-based solutions for Amazon Connect digital contact centers • Build custom chat widgets and agent desktops using Lambda, API Gateway, and modern front-end frameworks • Design event-driven, scalable cloud architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles • Implement GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and third-party/open-source LLMs • Integrate conversational intelligence into customer and agent workflows with AI/ML teams • Configure and manage IAM, VPCs, CloudWatch monitoring, logging, and security controls • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards • Integrate Amazon Connect with third-party CRMs and enterprise systems • Design streaming APIs, event-handling logic, and reporting APIs • Lead cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver complex solutions • Align architectural strategy with business and customer experience goals

• Support Insight Works Warehouse Insights and Dynamic Ship implementations • Functional requirements gathering/documentation • Train end users on Business Central modules and ISV products • Migrate setups, main records, and history via configuration packages • Testing Per Tenant Extension (PTE) functionality against feature requirements • Assist with User Acceptance Testing, Mock Go-Live and Go-Live • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming basics • Understanding of Business Central Per Tenant Extension deployment process (development, testing, production deployment, test extensions, and upgrades)
