• Daily Mobile Product Support — Assist with day-to-day operations of the mobile product lifecycle, with a primary focus on Android applications. • Product Backlog Management — Help maintain and organize a refined, prioritized backlog of features, bugs, and improvements. • Feature Discovery & Delivery — Support feature ideation, research, competitor benchmarking, and timely feature delivery. • UI/UX Review & Quality Control — Review mobile interfaces for consistency, usability, and pixel-perfect execution across devices. • Mobile UX Research — Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and UX research on top-performing mobile apps. • App Build QA & Testing — Perform QA checks on app builds, identify issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth releases. • Post-Production Monitoring — Assist with monitoring releases and flagging issues after deployment. • Product Events & Monitoring — Help track crashes, ANRs, and performance anomalies, escalating issues when needed. • Push Notification Support — Assist with push notification testing, segmentation, and optimization efforts. • Mobile Performance Optimization — Support efforts to improve app performance, load times, memory usage, and overall user experience. • In-App User Flows — Help review and optimize onboarding, paywalls, subscription flows, and core user journeys. • Mixpanel & Product Analytics — Monitor metrics, funnels, and user behavior insights to support product decisions and backlog prioritization. • Platform-Specific Considerations — Support delivery of native-feeling experiences aligned with Android and iOS platform guidelines. • Version Release Coordination — Assist with app submissions, rollouts, phased releases, and release tracking. • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Product, QA, Development, and Data teams on daily tasks and feedback loops. • Scoping & Documentation Support — Help scope features, document requirements, and support execution planning for the mobile team.
Job Requirements
- Entrepreneurial and real-world business experience is a must, even if it was unsuccessful.
- 1 - 3 years of experience managing mobile apps and teams across iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience leading Product Owners, QA, development, and data teams in a mobile-first environment.
- Eagle-eye attention to detail — capable of spotting 1-pixel misalignments instantly across multiple devices.
- Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, touch interfaces, and platform-specific UI/UX guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).
- Proven track record of competitive mobile app analysis and UI/UX improvement.
- Deep knowledge of component-based mobile UI systems and UI refactoring.
- Experience with mobile app analytics platforms and attribution tools (Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar).
- Strong mastery of data analytics events and KPI-driven product control, especially mobile retention, DAU/MAU, and LTV metrics.
- 2+ years of hands-on Mixpanel experience for advanced product analytics.
- Understanding of mobile app architecture, API design, and native vs. cross-platform considerations.
- Experience managing App Store and Google Play Store submissions, reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT-5, Anthropic) for product operations.
- Knowledge of mobile A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies.
