In this position, you'll prepare and manage release media by pulling required source code and data from customer banking environments, validating updates, and packaging materials for secure distribution and cloud download. You'll ensure each release includes the correct custom code, compare materials across release versions for accuracy, and maintain media libraries and operational documentation. This role also provides the opportunity to support customers by responding to release‑related questions and resolving cases, making attention to detail and clear communication essential.
