Summary of Role The Farm Supply Forecasting Analyst is responsible for supply forecasting for all supply pools. This position will collaborate across pools creating a bridge between field and planning, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting of supply feeding into the ES&OP and Pools supply planning processes. This role will collaborate in the establishment of data collection processes and will ensure supply data quality across systems to support accurate forecasting and supply analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities o Develop and maintain short, mid and long term supply forecasts at appropriate levels of aggregation. o Lead supply consensus meetings with leadership to align on monthly supply forecast. o Participate in the creation of long-range plans and future development of milk supply strategy. o Analyze historical supply including regional and seasonal changes and recommend appropriate actions to adjust current forecast. o Analyze forecast drivers and recommend corrective actions for review with senior planners and leadership. o Identify risks and opportunities in the supply outlook and proactively communicate impacts. o Monitoring, managing and communication of key performance indicators, related to forecast accuracy and seasonality. o Document assumptions, methodologies and changes to ensure transparency and alignment. o Support scenario planning and analysis for business decisions. o Support Strategic Supply Chain, Sales and Finance teams, providing supply outlook information for applicable supply types. o Ensure active and accurate communications to key stakeholders across departments. o Participate in projects cross-functionally and within Pools as needed.
