Reports to: Associate Manager of Analytics Location: Remote - based in the United States Travel: Occasional Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. **Sponsorship is not available at this time** Exemption Status: Exempt Job Description: This position will give you the opportunity to - - Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment - Provide internal and external customer delight through excellent interpersonal skills and communication - Use vibration analysis to determine the root cause of machine faults and create customer-oriented solutions to prevent equipment downtime. - Improve manufacturing equipment reliability and uptime at customer’s plants. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships founded on trust, respect, and reliability. - Complete assigned tasks efficiently with little supervision. - Assume management duties when necessary. - Shadow, learn, and work alongside a team of Vibration Analysts - Infrequent travel to customer facilities as needed - Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives Requirements Qualifications: - VCAT II or VCAT III certification - Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree, or equivalent experience - 3-5+ years of vibration analysis experience preferred - Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment. Ideally comes from a background in maintenance, reliability, mechanical engineering, etc. - Customer-first focus and attitude, and ability to work with individuals of all corporate levels - Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite platforms - Strong customer service skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with coworkers and customers - Highly motivated with a strong work ethic - Must comply with all OSHA and safety regulations and company standards. - Ability to travel and work at job sites, as needed. - Proficiency in general computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Workspace and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology platforms. - Ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines. Summary of Role The Farm Supply Forecasting Analyst is responsible for supply forecasting for all supply pools. This position will collaborate across pools creating a bridge between field and planning, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting of supply feeding into the ES&OP and Pools supply planning processes.
