Role Description We are seeking a skilled Entra ID Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing identity and access services across production and PPE environments, ensuring seamless onboarding, secure authentication, and efficient request handling. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement changes in a controlled and secure manner. - Handle incidents and requests for both Production and PPE instances. - Set up and maintain the PPE environment to support testing and pre-production needs. - Troubleshoot and configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for new users. - Manage new user onboarding requests, ensuring timely and accurate account provisioning. - Process movers and leavers updates as per requests from respective team managers. - Create and implement change requests for the Production environment in compliance with organizational policies. Qualifications - Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) administration. - Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles. - Hands-on experience with MFA setup, troubleshooting, and user lifecycle management. - Familiarity with incident and request management processes (ITIL on ServiceNow). - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
