Role Description We are seeking a skilled Entra ID Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing identity and access services across production and PPE environments, ensuring seamless onboarding, secure authentication, and efficient request handling. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement changes in a controlled and secure manner. - Handle incidents and requests for both Production and PPE instances. - Set up and maintain the PPE environment to support testing and pre-production needs. - Troubleshoot and configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for new users. - Manage new user onboarding requests, ensuring timely and accurate account provisioning. - Process movers and leavers updates as per requests from respective team managers. - Create and implement change requests for the Production environment in compliance with organizational policies. Qualifications - Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) administration. - Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles. - Hands-on experience with MFA setup, troubleshooting, and user lifecycle management. - Familiarity with incident and request management processes (ITIL on ServiceNow). - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Perform complex administrative/operational tasks from security processes • Carry out measurements and tests for selected subject fields related to security/data protection • Participate in the definition and performance of tests as part of security management and reviews in the task field • Plan and procure technical equipment (e.g., measuring devices, testing tools) • Run selected reference systems for security systems and specific security management tools, including managing applications/providing technical support, in the task field • Provide technical support for security management systems • Commercially evaluating security measures; acting as a point of contact for Group units as part of the implementation process • Support employees regarding security topics • Analyze and preparing data and information on security topics • Being involved in projects

• Design, develop, and implement security controls and solutions that enhance AbbVie’s security hygiene. • Ensure that security measures are effectively integrated into IT systems and applications • Collaborate with IT, network, and other relevant departments to align security measures with organizational goals and compliance requirements • Partner with platform and application teams to establish clear security baseline requirements, following the Center for Internet Security Critical Security Controls (CIS 18). • Utilize existing enterprise tools dedicated to vulnerability management, asset inventory, and cyber hygiene to ensure that all assets meet established security baseline requirements • Develop custom integrations using APIs or other scripting tools for high-risk applications to enable proactive monitoring of critical security controls • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies work. • Leverage AI-enabled tools and capabilities to improve security posture and hygiene outcomes. • Manage documentation such as baselines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and work instructions in accordance with AbbVie requirements.

• Serve as a core member of the Cloud Security team with significant influence on the direction, priorities, and execution of the cloud security program • Own, operate, maintain, and improve the FedRAMP cloud environment • Design, implement, and maintain a secure AWS cloud infrastructure • Build and improve security controls across cloud resources • Lead the hardening of AWS environments applying security best practices • Drive automation of security controls and operational processes • Partner with SRE, platform, and engineering teams to ensure secure deployment • Develop and improve incident response capabilities • Respond to security incidents and drive remediation actions • Proactively identify and mitigate security risks • Manage and improve security tooling and services • Contribute to cloud security strategy and collaboration with engineering teams • Stay current on emerging cloud threats and industry best practices
