• Lead and develop high-performance teams; • Ensure achievement of operational targets and quality indicators; • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, FCR, Service Level, AHT and Average Wait Time (AWT); • Develop action plans for continuous improvement; • Manage conflict, deliver feedback and drive team engagement; • Ensure excellence in customer experience and operational results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education (Pedagogy) or related fields;
  • Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor in a Call Center, Contact Center or BPO;
  • Experience managing operational metrics and developing teams;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
  • Schedule flexibility: must be available to work shifts starting from 1:30 PM;
