• Collaborate with decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to define complex business, financial, and operational requirements • Configure and implement SAP FI -GL, AA, AP,AR, banking, FSCM- In house cash, credit, collections and dispute management solutions • Lead design sessions to prototype innovative system solutions that enhance business processes, operations, and information flow • Analyze the effectiveness of existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies • Conduct in-depth analysis and redesign of complex business processes • Adhere to IT Applications change management processes, ensuring thorough tracking and confirmation of changes across the SAP landscape • Facilitate clear communication between business units and IT • Plan, direct, and coordinate team activities, mentoring and developing team members.

• Design and oversee highly scalable, secure systems using Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and AWS-native patterns. • Architect and implement best practices for embedding AI functionality into our products. • Act as the champion for Claude Code. • Master the Atlassian Forge platform. • Partner with the VP of Engineering to align technical roadmaps with operational goals.
