Role Description At Dolby, we are evolving how recruiting work gets done-improving the systems, workflows, and reporting that enable us to hire effectively at scale. As the Senior Recruiting Operations & Systems Analyst , you will strengthen Dolby’s recruiting operations across process design, systems enablement, and reporting. You will partner closely with Recruiting, Finance, HR, People Operations, People Systems, and IT to improve how work flows across the recruiting lifecycle. You will serve as a recruiting operations expert who understands how systems, workflows, and business needs connect - and help translate those into practical, scalable solutions. This role acts as a key partner to the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations & Contingent Workforce, helping drive process improvement, system-enabled workflows, and operational consistency globally. What You’ll Do - Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement - Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and handoff issues across the recruiting lifecycle - Design and implement process improvements that improve speed, consistency, and stakeholder experience - Support change management for new processes and ways of working - Systems & Workflow Enablement - Partner with Recruiting, People Systems, People Operations, and IT to improve system-enabled workflows - Translate recruiting needs into clear business requirements for system and process changes - Evaluate downstream impacts of workflow and system changes across stakeholders - Reporting & Data Insights - Support development of reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics - Improve data quality, consistency, and visibility across recruiting tools - Partner with business stakeholders to interpret data and identify insights - Cross-Functional Partnership - Work closely with Recruiting, Finance, HR, People Operations, People Systems, and IT - Translate recruiting needs into scalable solutions and align stakeholders on process impacts - Help connect recruiting workflows to broader business planning and operations - Operational Excellence - Drive consistency and continuous improvement across recruiting operations - Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and process changes - Identify opportunities to improve scalability and operational efficiency Qualifications - Strong understanding of recruiting operations and how systems and workflows support it - Ability to connect process, systems, and business needs in a practical way - Comfortable working in evolving environments with imperfect systems and data - Effective at partnering across technical and non-technical teams - Strong organizational skills and ability to drive change through influence Requirements - 3–5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or related fields - Experience working with recruiting systems, workflows, and process improvement initiatives - Experience supporting ATS, recruiting tools, or HR systems in a business-facing capacity - Ability to gather business requirements and support system or workflow changes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, HR, or IT - Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate recruiting needs clearly Benefits - Collegial culture - Challenging projects - Excellent compensation and benefits - Flex Work approach that is truly flexible to support where, when, and how you do your best work
