Title: PBM Strategic Relations Comms Specialist Location: USA Job Description: Full TimeSupport Remote Requisition ID: 2051 Working collaboratively within the PBM Strategic Relations team and across the organization, the Communications Specialist reports to the Communications Director, PBM Strategic Relations. The PBM Strategic Communications Specialist plays a critical operational role in supporting the organization’s oversight of Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) partner communications. This position is responsible for tracking, cataloging, and maintaining a centralized repository of intel on PBM programs and service and communications received from PBM partners to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accessibility across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment. The position offers the opportunity to build foundational knowledge in PBM communications, strategic initiatives, and knowledge management tools such as Confluence. Over time, the role may expand to include more analytical and strategic communications responsibilities. Essential Job Responsibilities Include: - Monitor, collect, and track communications received from PBM partners. - Execute high-volume, detail-oriented responsibilities with a high degree of consistency and accuracy. - Learn, apply, and continuously improve best practices in knowledge management and content organization. - Maintain a structured, accurate, and up-to-date repository of PBM program information within Confluence. - Ensure content is properly labeled, categorized, and easily searchable for internal stakeholders. - Conduct routine quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy and integrity. Preferred Skills/Experience: - Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or other regulated environments. - Experience working with content management systems or internal knowledge repositories (e.g., Confluence). - Familiarity with documentation standards, audit processes, or compliance requirements. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships. Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $44,304 to $51,272 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This is a remote opportunity. The Diagnostic Scheduling Communication Specialist is responsible for handling incoming scheduling communications and dispersing provider and facility information to team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist with calling veterans for required information in order to schedule appointments. - Assist with rescheduling calls. - Answer and redirect calls made to the Scheduling Hunt Group. - Check and redirect messages left on Scheduling Hunt Group voicemail daily and each hour during shift to ensure calls are responded to in a timely manner. - Monitor and process pending Claimant Appointment Packets (CAPS) schedule status. - Respond to Appointment Notification emails accordingly. - Assist with sending manual CAPS. - Communicate with other internal Departments when needed. - Printing and mailing hard copy CAPS to veterans via FedEx. - Must be willing and able to commit to 3-week training period of Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST with no prescheduled absences. - Must be willing and able to work a schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, 7:00am - 4:00pm EST or 8:00am - 5:00pm PST - In accordance with SCA contract requirements, remote work must be conducted from the location specified at the time of hire.
