We’re hiring a Website Strategy & Experience Lead to own and evolve Dave’s website as a critical growth channel. This role sits within the User Acquisition team and is responsible for shaping how our website attracts, educates, and converts potential members. You will define the strategy for how our site supports discovery, builds trust, and moves users from web to app. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, brand, and analytics partners to build a scalable web platform that supports experimentation, improves conversion, and strengthens Dave’s presence across search and emerging AI discovery surfaces. What You’ll Own - Define and evolve the long-term strategy for Dave’s website as an acquisition and discovery platform, connecting SEO, content, UX, and experimentation into a unified roadmap. - Analyze website performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities that improve acquisition efficiency and web-to-app conversion. - Partner with engineering and product to develop a flexible website architecture in Contentful that supports scalable landing pages, experimentation, and rapid iteration. - Lead search and discovery strategy across technical SEO, site architecture, and content frameworks, helping Dave appear in traditional search as well as emerging AI and generative discovery experiences. - Build and manage an experimentation roadmap using tools like Ninetailed, translating test results into scalable improvements across the website. - Collaborate with brand and content teams to develop educational and product-focused content that strengthens trust and positions Dave as a credible financial resource. - Ensure website experiences meet accessibility and regulatory standards, including ADA and CCPA requirements. - The Impact Your work will shape one of the first experiences millions of people have with Dave. What We’re Looking For Experience & Technical Foundation - 8+ years of experience in website strategy, growth marketing, or digital experience management. - Proven track record owning a high-traffic website that directly contributes to user acquisition and CAC efficiency. - Deep understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and modern discovery channels, including AI and generative search. - Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to build scalable web infrastructure and experimentation frameworks. - Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate performance and guide decisions. - Experience working with modern CMS platforms such as Contentful and experimentation tools like Ninetailed. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, product, engineering, design, and legal partners. Bonus - Experience in fintech or another regulated industry. - Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and app store landing page strategy.
