Your future responsibilities: - Own a portfolio of operator accounts & develop trustful and warm long-term relationships with our Customers to positively impact their loyalty and revenue growth, be a trusted partner for Customers. - Monitor performance KPIs (retention, GGR, marginality, NPS etc.) and act on opportunities for growth. - Coordinate with technical, marketing, and product teams to support clients. - Be the client’s voice inside the company, and our voice outside it. - Assist in integration journeys and proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks. - Identify & pursue upsell opportunities (e.g., new providers, features, tools, promo). - Provide data-driven insights to clients to improve their business outcomes. - Align key stakeholders & Team around outcomes. Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in Account Management in the iGaming industry. - Strong understanding of iGaming KPIs and monetization models. - Client-focused, organized, and persuasive. - Confident working with CRM tools, dashboards, and performance data. - Experience in working with budgets, marginality, contracts, and invoices. - Fluent English and Portuguese. - Ability to go on business trips.
