Role Description Als IT-Support:in bist du im zentralen Bereich DSS der WBS GRUPPE maßgeblich daran beteiligt, Menschen vernetztes und ortsunabhängiges Lernen zu ermöglichen. Begeistere dich mit uns für unsere digitalen Bildungsangebote und lebe Digitalisierung mit Herz. - Ansprechpartner:in für verschiedene Zielgruppen und vielfältige IT-Themen. - Annahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung eingehender Support-Anfragen und Tickets. - Klassifizierung und Priorisierung von Support-Anfragen zur effizienten Bearbeitung. - Sicherstellung einer schnellstmöglichen Wiederherstellung der Arbeitsfähigkeit von PC-Arbeitsplätzen im Störungsfall. - Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung der Anwender:innen bei IT-bezogenen Fragestellungen und Herausforderungen. - Durchführung von Troubleshooting sowie systematischer Fehleranalyse. - Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Maßnahmen und Support-Aktivitäten. Du bist mit dem Herzen bei der Arbeit und lebst mit uns Kundenzentrierung, Digitalisierung und sinnstiftende Arbeit. Als Schnittstelle zu den Teammitgliedern aus anderen Abteilungen oder unseren Teilnehmenden, kannst du Informationen und Anforderungen gekonnt bündeln und in anwenderfreundliche Lösungen überführen. Gemeinsam erarbeitest du im Team ansprechende und zukunftsträchtige IT-Konzepte. Qualifications - Fundiertes und breites IT Fachwissen. - Gute Hard- und Softwarekenntnisse. - Selbstständige, strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise bei hoher Eigenverantwortlichkeit. - Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-On-Mentalität. - Teamfähigkeit, Kooperationsbereitschaft. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Requirements - Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen (z.B. OTOBO oder Matrix42). - Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung der Fachinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, sowie Freude an der telefonischen Betreuung und Unterstützung von Anwender:innen.
