Role Description We are looking to add a Senior Audit Support Assistant to our Provider Services team! This role will efficiently and professionally handle more complex, broad daily administrative activities within the audit engagement. Responsibilities include: - Providing claim level review of payment methodology. - Investigating claim payment discrepancy and coding mismatches. - Performing re-calculation of claim payments based on audit results. - Supporting the auditing team in determining the value of their findings. - Engaging in basic audit activities under the direct supervision of an audit professional. - Spending roughly 50% of their time on the phone.
