Senior Product Manager – Antifraude

• Estructurar y hacer evolucionar el backlog de la squad, priorizando iniciativas en base al impacto de negocio y la viabilidad técnica. • Entender documentaciones técnicas de APIs de proveedores de pagos y antifraude, traduciéndolas en requisitos claros para ingeniería. • Mapear, diseñar y hacer evolucionar flujos de integración con proveedores estratégicos en los mercados de LatAm (sobre todo Brasil, Argentina y México). • Hacer seguimiento de indicadores de performance de las integraciones y de la orquestación de decisión, identificando cuellos de botella y proponiendo mejoras continuas. • Garantizar la calidad y la coherencia en las decisiones de producto, trabajando en conjunto con las squads de modelos y datos. • Trabajar en conjunto con stakeholders de distintas áreas, entendiendo necesidades de negocio y traduciéndolas en soluciones de producto. • Actuar como puente entre negocio, ingeniería y datos, garantizando que las decisiones sean técnicamente viables y estén orientadas a resultado. • Apoyar la expansión de la plataforma hacia nuevos mercados y verticales, contribuyendo con el mapeo de requisitos locales.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en producto digital, con actuación cercana a equipos de ingeniería.
  • Fluidez en la lectura e interpretación de documentaciones técnicas de API (REST, JSON, OAuth y afines).
  • Experiencia con metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión de backlog.
  • Experiencia previa en fintech, pagos o antifraude.
  • Capacidad para escribir especificaciones técnicas, historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación con claridad.
  • Vivencia con integración de múltiples proveedores o ambientes de orquestación de decisión.
  • Deseables Conocimiento de conceptos de machine learning aplicado a riesgo o fraude.
  • Formación en carrera de Análisis y Desarrollo de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ciencias de la Computación o áreas afines.
  • Nivel avanzado de Portugues o Inglés.
