Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

• Own and optimize Zapier’s marketing operations infrastructure, including campaign operations, lead management, attribution, automation, and reporting. • Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure seamless lead flow, accurate data capture, and efficient funnel management. • Build and maintain scalable processes and systems improving campaign execution, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. • Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows, including lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, segmentation, and nurture programs. • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI. • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvements increasing speed, scalability, and marketing impact. • Support experimentation and growth initiatives ensuring clean data, reliable attribution, and operational readiness. • Document processes, establish operational best practices, and create durable systems for scalable marketing organization. • Collaborate with external vendors and internal systems teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology and tooling. • Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps through strong communication, operational rigor, and shared visibility into performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, or demand generation operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 4+ years in a leadership position, where you’ve mentored and upleveled individual contributors.
- Experience rebuilding or significantly transforming marketing operations and GTM systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- AI-forward in operations, automation, workflows, and scale, actively looking to reduce manual work and increase organizational leverage.
- HubSpot expert with deep production experience in lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, and campaign operations.
- Understanding operational complexity supporting multiple customer segments — from SMB self-serve motions to enterprise sales-assisted funnels.
- Worked with large-scale lead volumes, designing systems that maintain speed, accuracy, and visibility across millions of records and touchpoints.
- Comfortable balancing long-term systems architecture with short-term business needs and fast-moving execution.
- Deep experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, lead routing, attribution, campaign operations, and reporting infrastructure.
- Experience managing complex workflows and building scalable systems that support growth across multiple teams and channels.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, but pragmatic in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating operational complexity into actionable insights.
