Role Description Fetch is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Consumer Public Relations Senior Manager to lead consumer-facing communications that strengthen brand awareness, drive cultural relevance, and support business growth. This role will develop and execute integrated PR strategies that generate earned media coverage, elevate Fetch's brand story, and deepen engagement with consumers across key audiences. The ideal candidate is an experienced PR leader with a proven track record of securing top-tier media coverage, developing compelling narratives, managing agency partnerships, and executing high-impact campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or brand communications. - Experience leading consumer PR programs for high-growth technology, consumer, retail, marketplace, fintech, loyalty, or app-based brands. - Demonstrated success securing national earned media coverage and managing high-profile campaigns. - Strong media relationships across consumer, lifestyle, business, and technology outlets. - Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Experience managing PR agencies and cross-functional stakeholder relationships. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proven ability to translate complex business strategies into compelling external narratives. Requirements - Experience working in-house at a consumer technology company. - Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns. - Familiarity with influencer, creator, and social amplification strategies. - Experience with executive communications and media training. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
