Sales Development Specialist
Shaw Industries
• Contribute to sales growth by partnering with Shaw Contract Account Executives • Provide Salesforce training for new Account Executives and internal partners • Generate comprehensive reports, including 3-year revenue analysis, Tableau visualizations • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CSI system • Manage email accounts and monitor Salesforce notifications for Account Managers • Partner with Connect/Inform to create compelling marketing newsletters • Collaborate with the Strategy and Insights team on new sales initiatives • Manage dealer price lists, including inputting ESP and Diverzify data accurately • Ensure integrity and accuracy of data within SFDC, including updates and troubleshooting • Serve as backup for Account Managers during leave • Partner with Customer Service to input new customers into Salesforce • Provide expert recommendations for replacement products based on customer needs • Organize Lunch & Learn sessions to promote products and services • Conduct basic market research to assist Account Executives
Job Requirements
- High School education or equivalent.
- 2+ years sales support experience
- Support up to 20 account executives at one time
- Located in Southeast United States
- Preferred: CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Data/reporting tools (Excel, Tableau exposure)

• Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn, targeting independent jewellers, retailers, and diamond buyers across the UK. • Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders and tailor outreach that resonates, no generic copy-paste sequences. • Conduct high-volume outreach with a clear narrative: help prospects understand how Nivoda saves them time, money, and headaches. • Qualify inbound leads efficiently, ensuring the right conversations get to the right AEs at the right time. • Book and run high-quality demo calls, with handoff to the Account Executive team after signup and KYC verification, with clear notes and context. • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM (we use Salesforce), pipeline hygiene matters here. • Collaborate closely with AEs and marketing to refine messaging, test new sequences, and share what's working. • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs around activity, conversations held, and meetings sat, and a few other metrics. • Stay sharp on Nivoda's product, competitive landscape, and the jewellery industry - we invest in your learning. • Be a key voice in shaping how we build and scale the SDR function in EMEA.
