Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in technology SaaS sales at enterprise level
  • Self driven – you don’t need someone to motivate you to put in your best every day
  • You’d describe yourself as organized, efficient with your time, and excellent communicator
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach
  • Willing to go the extra mile to make sure our customers, company, team, and yourself succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree is required (specifically in Finance, Technology, or a related field or experiential equivalent)

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of experience performing system demonstrations and/or delivering/implementing complex technology solutions or services across multiple hospital departments OR - High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of experience performing system demonstrations and/or delivering/implementing complex technology solutions or services across multiple hospital departments AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: - Three (3) years of clinical documentation and/or healthcare revenue cycle experience. - Ability to translate customer needs into solution strategy and value messaging in a hospital environment. - Ability to support sales execution through customer presentations, workflow discussions, and stakeholder education. - Current, valid Driver’s License. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: - Registered Nurse (RN) with a diverse clinical background and/or coding/CDI certification(s). - Master’s degree (MHA or MBA) from an accredited institution; strong knowledge of CDI workflow, HIM operations, and inpatient/outpatient revenue cycle. - Proven executive presence with C-level stakeholders and strong presentation/communication skills; experience in acute care and/or large health systems and Healthcare IT sales is a plus.
