Associate, Corporate Account Operations

• Process day-to-day onboarding requests for corporate and other non-personal entities • Complete assigned corporate account opening, updates, and maintenance tasks across our systems • Follow established SOPs, checklists, and runbooks for corporate onboarding and maintenance • Support more complex scenarios by gathering the right information • Perform error-free and on-time tasks and analysis with appropriate support from the team • Use operational tools to track work and monitor progress against SLAs • Maintain strong awareness of CIRO and FINTRAC expectations • Work with your team members and Manager to suggest and develop actionable improvements • Help maintain and refine SOPs and internal documentation • Participate in small projects and experiments to streamline operations • Engage effectively with others by listening actively and building strong relationships

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, client support, or back-office functions within financial services (e.g., brokerage, banking, wealth management, fintech)
  • A strong interest in learning how corporate and non-personal accounts are opened and maintained in a regulated environment
  • You’re curious to improve day-to-day issues, identify issues and offer solutions
  • You perform error-free, on-time tasks and are meticulous with details
  • You’re starting to use an 80/20 mindset to focus on the right things
  • You communicate in a simple and structured way, focusing on the 'so what' rather than just the process
  • You’re positive and motivated even in difficult situations

Role Description BILL is looking for a highly strategic and process-driven Sr. Bank Partner Operations Manager to own and scale the day-to-day operations with our sponsor banks and financial partners. You will serve as the primary operational bridge between BILL and our banking partners, ensuring that our money movement and financial products run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently for the SMBs who rely on us. - Manage service level agreements (SLAs), oversee compliance and audit requests, troubleshoot operational incidents. - Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance teams to launch new features while maintaining the health of our banking relationships.
