Role Description We’re looking for an Operations & Systems Specialist to take ownership of core internal workflows and systems, with a focus on Google Workspace and Airtable. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just use tools—but builds, manages, and optimizes them to support day-to-day business operations. Role Description The Site Planner 2 is primarily responsible for completion of site plans, reviewing title commitments, and supporting the New Home Starts department as needed. - Complete final site plans. - Review and approve Title Commitments. - Set up preliminary site plans from surveys or plats on AutoCAD. - Maintain an understanding of current Perry Homes design standards, code and community guidelines, as they apply to site plans, redraws, and lot fits. - Responsible for quality and accuracy of all drawings. - From time to time must complete projects on very short notice with extreme time constraints. - Review, approve, and correct title commitments as assigned. - Assist with redraws, lot fits, and sold home forms as needed. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Drafting or Design preferred. - Requires at least 2 years of experience in basic drafting methods, and an understanding of symbols and techniques of drawing via AutoCAD. - Basic knowledge of Architectural Language pertaining to residential construction. - Ability to read blueprints, surveys, Metes & Bounds descriptions. - Experience in civil drafting preferred. - Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. - The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals, to compute percentages, and to perform basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
