• Be a key contributor on the global talent acquisition sourcing team, supporting the EMEA region sites in the UK, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Spain, France, Italy, and more. • Partner closely with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to understand their business groups deeply. • Gather and present detailed talent market analysis and insights to influence and guide stakeholders. • Develop tailored and compelling employment propositions to targeted talent. • Drive regular communication with stakeholders, outlining efforts, successes, roadblocks, and sourcing strategies. • Provide a “world class” stakeholder and candidate experience.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
- Proven Professional Sourcing Professional with a track record of efficiently implementing sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep experience sourcing and attracting talent in EMEA region.
- Fluent in English and one or more additional languages (French, Spanish or Italian).
- Experience developing advanced Boolean strings to drive accurate and comprehensive results across recruiting platforms – LinkedIn, Seek, HireEZ, etc.
- Proficiency in leveraging a robust recruitment CRM and ATS.
