• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across Source-to-Pay processes by monitoring procurement performance, analysing key metrics, and identifying enhancement opportunities. • Design, build, and deploy custom GPTs, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions to improve procurement operations, reporting, knowledge management, and team productivity. • Conduct secondary audits to ensure compliance with procurement policies (e.g. PO first compliance, average payment terms, supplier onboarding & PO cycle times), governance standards, and operational controls delivered by outsourced procurement teams. • Develop and maintain procurement documentation, process guides, training materials, and Procurement Hub content to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing. • Support technology evaluations through market research, benchmarking, and analysis of procurement solutions and industry best practices. • Provide project and operational support including project planning, governance coordination, deliverables tracking, procurement pipeline monitoring, budget tracking, contract renewal monitoring, and onboarding/training support across the Procurement team.

• Lead sourcing activities to identify, assess, select, and onboard suppliers. • Partner cross-functionally in the new product development process to gather requirements, issue and negotiate RFPs/RFQs, and identify optimal suppliers. • Lead negotiations for supply agreements to achieve optimal terms while mitigating risk; identify and address contract non-compliance; enter and manage contracts in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. • Design and implement the framework for supplier engagement and pricing, ensuring the Purchasing team has a clear, well-documented structure to execute tactical purchase orders. • Develop deep partnerships with strategic national brand, private-brand, and contract manufacturing suppliers. • Implement and oversee a robust supplier management program to assess supply performance. • Use data and analytics to identify and execute on cost reduction opportunities across the portfolio of products. • Develop strategies to source and manage raw material and component needs to optimize cost and continuity of supply. • Stay current with market trends, commodity pricing, and global economic conditions and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly. • Track and report on Sourcing KPIs; work cross-functionally to identify and execute on performance improvement opportunities.
