Job Description

Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Ensono

• Own end-to-end procurement for all Open Systems and Cloud client work: quotes, renewals, maintenance, asset management, cloud usage, and partner programs. • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing pod team with clear accountability for revenue-supporting outcomes for the Open Systems business. • Partner with executive and senior stakeholders as a trusted commercial advisor on sourcing strategy, supplier risk, and deal economics. • Lead complex deal pursuits for Open Systems and Cloud opportunities — bid strategy, pricing, and margin optimization are run end-to-end within the pod. • Align with the Vendor Management Office on governance, supplier compliance, and contract & entitlement integrity. • Track and report on pod-level KPIs: cycle time, savings, deal velocity, and throughput. • Track and continuously improve stakeholder experience — for internal sales, solutioning, and client-facing partners — to ensure the pod consistently meets business needs with quality and pace. • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, innovation, and process improvement; contribute to leadership bench strength and succession planning across the Procurement organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a sourcing or procurement function.
  • Proven experience supporting complex, high‑value IT deals and enterprise sourcing initiatives.
  • Strong executive‑level communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed, fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
