• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, focusing on staff augmentation services. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs. • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the staff augmentation model, staying updated on industry trends and best practices. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery in alignment with client requirements. • Possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate our services, value propositions, and client requirements effectively. • Utilize hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients, staying informed about industry connections and trends. • Leverage LinkedIn for networking, lead generation, and building a strong professional online presence. • Proven experience in business development within the IT industry, specifically in staff augmentation and MSP solutions. • Strong English communication skills. • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Research the market with potential and worth-able new leads in the IT Industry Driving our lead generation campaigns. • Generating new leads to increase brand awareness, through different channels. • Creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs. • Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers. • Managing our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth. • Maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources. • Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports. • Must be good in direct communication, word-of-mouth, and association with the sales and marketing department to procure new clients from the target market. • Communicating with potential clients through various channels such as reaching out on phone calls, email, or contact in person. • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients. • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems. • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in business development, showcasing skills in email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, leads sourcing, and appointment setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive email campaigns and compelling sales pitches.
- Strong cold calling skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport, uncover needs, and convey solutions effectively.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and nurture potential clients.
- Experience in sourcing and qualifying leads through research, networking, data analysis, and other relevant methods.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems and tools to manage sales activities and prospect interactions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Business acumen and a deep understanding of industry trends.
