Role Description The Regional Director of Business Development oversees the provision of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Business Development Department of several facilities. This role is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through effective marketing principles and methods. - Actively involved in discussions related to regional issues including strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, and recruitment. - Responsible for oversight of strategic marketing plans and enhancing the region’s brand/image. - Maintains an active and productive working relationship with regional facilities. - Hours are based on departmental and facility needs, including day, evening, and weekend hours. - This position is 100% remote. - Preferred candidates will live within approximately two hours of the Central Kentucky area or be willing to relocate to Kentucky. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's preferred. - 5-8 years of related work experience required; 8-10 years preferred. - Knowledge of application of marketing principles including product, placement, pricing, and promotions. - Understanding of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and age-specific programming. - Strong leadership abilities. - Knowledge of insurance plans, target markets, and referral sources. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Strategic planning and results-driven. - Demonstrated advanced understanding of factors affecting sales results. - Exceptional creativity and resourcefulness in developing messaging and collateral material. Requirements - Required Travel: 85-90% Local/Regional. Role Description The Program Level Business Development Lead, Space Force/SSC is a critical position responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration within the Department of Defense (DOD) and related federal agencies. This individual will identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities for related products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in securing DOD contracts and an in-depth understanding of the federal acquisition process, from requirements development to contract execution. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain influential relationships with key government and military decision-makers.
