Please see below an outline of the responsibilities of the role as well as the requirements. A reasonable estimate of the range is $155,000 to $250,000 subject to change based on salary benchmarking. Job Requirements
- As a Director, you will be responsible for:
- Independently managing highly successful client engagements to achieve strong client satisfaction rating, from project design through to delivery
- Developing strategies to set our clients up for success, driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and to budget
- Analyzing clients' business needs to identify key issues and propose solutions and recommendations
- Monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress of the project and expected outcomes
- Bringing together diverse stakeholders to work effectively in partnership
- Managing and motivating junior colleagues, supporting their professional development
- Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks
- Identifying and executing appropriate client/ vendor entertainment opportunities

- Undertaking effective account management, including financial management
- We want to hear from people with:
- 10+ years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
- Significant experience within ‘blue-chip’ consulting firms focused on insurance sector, insurance carriers, brokers
- Experience on projects focused on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Sales & Marketing, Distribution, Underwriting and PAS, Claims, Operations, IT, Data, and other insurance transformations
- Business development/ account management experience and a proactive interest in contributing to the growth of the practice
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, confident at structuring and articulating complex messages
- Ability to show initiative when dealing with clients, form strong relationships with new clients and maintain existing relationships
- The ability and desire to proffer good mentorship and coaching skills towards other team members
- Familiarity with some of the key topics and themes in the insurance sector

Qualifications - Secretary of the Interior-qualified for Archaeology with a graduate degree in archaeology, anthropology, or related science required. - Project-specific certifications and licensure may be required, if applicable. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership capacity conducting pedestrian surveys and evaluative site testing fieldwork is preferred. - Knowledge of federal and state-specific cultural resource guidelines is required, particularly North Dakota and surrounding states. - Experience leading field crews. - Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts such as percentages, area, ratio, circumference, and volume. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures and governmental regulations related to cultural and historic preservation. - Competency in writing detailed archaeological reports and business correspondence. - Skilled at completing digital data collection using ArcGIS & AGO platform. - Proven track record working with and guiding Archaeology Field Technicians to ensure producing a quality work product in a timely manner. - Highly effective team player, with a strong ability to collaborate with other survey types or project teams with poise, tact, and diplomacy. - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.
