Compensation Analyst

Harness

• Provide expert compensation consulting and analysis for client groups, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. • Support job evaluations, market pricing, and leveling of roles using compensation surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW). • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and hiring decisions. • Conduct ad hoc and cyclical compensation analysis (e.g., mid-year and year-end compensation review). • Partner with People Analytics to create compensation dashboards and insights. • Ensure compensation practices comply with legal requirements and internal policies. • Support the development and rollout of compensation structures, salary bands, and pay transparency initiatives. • Collaborate on compensation communication materials and training for managers and HR.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and compensation tools.
  • Ability to interpret compensation data, generate insights, and influence decision-making.
  • Familiarity with compensation regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with modern compensation tooling (e.g., Pave)

Title: Resource Analyst Location: Bangalore Karnātaka India Full time Remote As a Resource Analyst, you will forecast, track and identify resource allocation needs, assignments, and availability for assigned projects. You will coordinate and analyze information for the efficient utilization and forecasting of labor needs of clinical resources in each assigned geographical area. Responsibilities include also recommending appropriate composition of project teams to enable presentation of appropriate clinical teams to clients and influencing the performance and profitability of project teams from a quality, operational and financial aspect across all therapeutic areas. What You'll Do: - Track and identify resource needs and assignments. Coordinate the intake, follow-up and resolution of assigned resource requests. Maintain project module in the system. Demonstrate effective use of resourcing dashboards. - Identify staff for assignments based on client requirements, employee background, therapeutic requirements, geographical area, availability. - Coordinate weekly resourcing needs and facilitates meetings, engaging participants at the AD, Dir, Sr Dir, and ED level. Distribute resourcing reports. - Update roll-off dates and assignments for all clinical resources of projects managed by respective area. - Coordinate, track and distribute CVs as needed. Liaise with CV administrator group services to ensure CVs are current. - Liaise with internal departments to prioritize resourcing needs assignments for future work, RFPs, and bid defense meetings. - Utilize resourcing dashboards, and other available tools to reconcile and QC departmental reports, including monthly resourcing projections and utilization reports for senior management. - Identify and submit proposals of available resources based on availability and experience. - May participate in special projects Education and Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification - Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years’). In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
