Job Description

Client Executive, EFT Solutions

SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their EFT needs and business objectives • Present and demonstrate EFT solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards • Develop and present complex pricing proposals and competitive analyses for financial institutions and negotiate contract renewals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the implementation and ongoing support of EFT services for clients • Represent SHAZAM at trade shows and associations to generate leads and strengthen partnerships • Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional EFT products and services • Provide timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues related to EFT solutions, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to advise clients proactively • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market feedback to senior management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management or sales within the financial services or payment solutions industry
  • Strong understanding of electronic funds transfer systems, payment processing, and related compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver customized solutions in a remote work setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Analytical skills help in assessing client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Proven ability to think critically and solve problems in fast paced environments, with a focus on strengthening client relationships and driving business outcomes
  • Ability to travel 50%, including some overnight travel to various locations
  • Must possess a valid driver's license to drive on Company business and provide documentation of current personal auto insurance ($300,000 in personal liability coverage is required)
