Financial Implementation Consultant
Momentus Technologies
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand business requirements and recommend effective financial workflow solutions within Momentus Enterprise • Configure Momentus Enterprise according to customer financial requirements, industry best practices, and project scope • Provide ongoing financial workflow support and guidance for recurring customer engagements, support escalations, and customer inquiries • Deliver training and support to customers to ensure customers understand, adopt, and receive value from the Momentus Enterprise Financials package • Assist customers with financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, financial analysis, and operational insights • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth • Stay current on Momentus Enterprise financial software features and functionality to best support customer implementations and ongoing optimization • Confidently present solutions to customer leadership and stakeholders, including directors, controllers and CFOs • Serve as a financial subject matter expert, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and other internal teams to support customer and business needs • Consistently achieve an 80% utilization target
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in financial software implementation or consulting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business processes
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, practical guidance
- Confidence presenting to clients, stakeholders, and internal departments
- Growth-oriented mindset; open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required; travel is typically less than 20%

The Associate Implementation Consultant is a key team member of the National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department. The department deploys various software tools to our valued customers and their employees for use in health care reform compliance, automated benefits enrollment, and other needs for automation. The incumbent is responsible for carrying out and overseeing various aspects of that software implementation process, including data analysis/audits, EDI configuration, testing, training, and presentation of their work to customers. The Data/EDI Specialist works directly with customer contacts How You Will Contribute: - Audit and upload data for moderately (or greater) complex new client website implementations or on an ongoing basis for existing clients. - Create and configure new and existing EDI files for moderately (or greater) complex client websites (using third party software). Role Description We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team and support international clients in implementing procurement solutions based on Oracle technologies. This is a great opportunity if you are interested in combining IT and business processes, especially in supply chain and procurement. - Support our international mid-sized clients in the implementation and technical realization of procurement solutions. - Configure and customize Oracle applications in the areas of procurement, sourcing, and cost management. - Translate business requirements into system solutions and functional or technical specifications. - Execute system implementations across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. - Set up and adapt workflows, approval processes, catalogs, and supplier portals. - Support system integration topics (e.g., interfaces to ERP, finance, or logistics systems). - Perform testing activities (unit tests, integration tests, UAT) as well as issue analysis and resolution. - Support data migration, master data structures, and system go-lives. - Deliver end-user trainings and provide go-live support. - Occasional travel to client sites.
