Clinical Psychologist – PsyPact
Galileo
• Provide evidence-based, short-term and longitudinal tele-therapy to Galileo patients within your state(s) of licensure, conducting targeted 30- to 45-minute sessions. • Act as the behavioral health expert within a tight-knit medical team, collaborating with primary care and specialty providers to optimize patient outcomes. • Comfortably navigate a range of clinical presentations, providing sophisticated diagnostic impressions, treatment planning, and safety planning/crisis intervention for higher-risk patients when necessary. • Utilize Galileo’s proprietary data and technology platform to track patient outcomes, streamline documentation, and optimize the delivery of care.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience with providing teletherapy (text-based, video, phone) and integrating technology and data into practice/care provision
- Trained with evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT)
- Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks
- Licensed and credentialed to support patients with clinical concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma
- A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) is required
- Active PsyPact license
- It's a bonus if you are professionally fluent in Spanish including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the cultural nuances for native Spanish speakers in a medical setting
