• Provide advanced technical support, application development, integration, troubleshooting, and quality review for DDC/BMS/BAS control system projects • Assist with BMS network setup, configuration, connectivity, and related system issues • Create gateway configurations used between Modbus and BACnet networks • Develop and support control system databases, interfaces, programming, and related deliverables for sequences of operation and project requirements • Provide customer-requested changes, updates, and enhancements to existing databases and application files • Debug installation issues during static and dynamic start-up and commissioning of building controls and special systems

• Own the code and pull-request enforcement layer for AI and human code changes • Define and harden security gates for AI-authored code • Partner with engineering teams on secure feature design and operations • Collaborate with broader Security, Engineering, and GRC teams • Lead threat modeling and developer enablement initiatives • Ensure compliance and security training is embedded in the design process

• Assist with secure design and implementation reviews for new and existing features across web applications, APIs, and backend services. • Monitor, triage, and help remediate findings from security tooling. • Get familiar with our security technologies and processes • Work with feature teams to understand exploitability, prioritize fixes, and track closure of vulnerabilities in alignment with internal SLAs. • Implement an enterprise security control and configure it for long-term observability. • You're assisting in applying key application security processes • You're helping shape technical direction for secure, AI-native, product-critical services handling sensitive data • You're supporting evidence collection for compliance audits • You've built strong partnerships with product, support, infrastructure, and IT to help identify and triage vulnerabilities and quickly resolve issues • The security improvements you've implemented are measurably reducing risk • You’re independently reviewing and triaging security alerts

Role Description Uses technical knowledge of Silvaco product offerings and basic understanding of the customers’ technical workflow and objectives to advise customers in their simulation efforts and address their technical obstacles. In so doing, they work as a partner to the sales teams to understand technical values and tradeoffs to our solutions as perceived by the customer and help determine account strategy for continued growth. Works closely with key customers to gain insight into their technical roadmaps and immediate challenges to recommend the best matching solution Silvaco can offer. Understand customers’ success criteria and jointly implement evaluation plans to demonstrate and validate Silvaco’s solution. Collaborate and provide input to sales plans and proposals for accuracy, completeness, and enhance Silvaco’s technical differentiation. Drafts technical collateral that helps people better understand the technology and differentiation of Silvaco solutions. - Provides training and instructions to customers to reduce their friction in adopting and using Silvaco tools while gaining additional understanding of the customers’ application. - Collaborates with customers’ implementation teams to troubleshoot problems, develop solutions, and propose additional features, modules, and/or products based on customers’ requirements. Qualifications - Master's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Solid State Physics, or semiconductor related academic program. - 0-3 years of industry experience. - Must have demonstrated understanding/experience in Semiconductor manufacturing, R&D, and/or integrated circuit design processes. - Must have demonstration of design, modeling, and/or simulation tool usage as part of academic coursework, applied research, and/or industry work experience. - Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Intellectually inquisitive with creative problem-solving skills. - Persistence in tracking complex problems and projects with minimal oversight. - The ability to prioritize activities and deliver projects on time and within budget. Requirements - Experience in remote work team environment preferred. - Application-specific experience. - Ideally, the candidate should have a breadth of knowledge, with in-depth experience in one (or more) categories: - Memory Technology – NAND, DRAM - CMOS Technology– device operation and process technology - Mechanical Stress Physics, in the context of Semiconductor Manufacturing - Tool category experience: - Commercial TCAD Tools – Process, Device, and RCx tools - Classical and ML-Driven Statistical tools - FEA/FEM Multiphysics tools - High interest in evolving use of AI into Semiconductor Workflows.
