Our Evidence Synthesis & Decision Modelling team at Precision AQ is hiring a Project / Portfolio Manager to support global HEOR programmes, with a particular focus on Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) submissions, systematic literature reviews, statistical analyses, and economic models. This is a highly visible, client-facing role, partnering with senior scientific leaders to ensure projects are well-planned, well-run, and delivered on time and to expectation. • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within Systemair NA. • Ensure the successful delivery of projects by providing strategic direction and implementing best practices. • Collaborate with various project managers and stakeholders. • Support the development of risk management strategies and contingency plans. • Monitor project performance and enforce adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders • Lead project planning sessions with the internal team and client's staff • Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs • Participate in proposal and POC processes (i.e. design, submission, and review) • Support the creation of contracts and related communication with clients • Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients • Manage project progress and adapt work as required • Ensure projects meet deadlines • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders • Host regular/weekly project review and create reports with key metrics about team and project status using company standard metrics • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation • Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies • Continuously optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary

• Cultivate and maintain understanding of topics driving assigned industry verticals • Create new research projects based on guidance and platform demand • Populate project angles and vetting questions based on sector dynamics • Vet and QA expert profiles sourced by Analysts • Run regular pod huddles to evaluate project statuses • Monitor scheduling, compliance, expert rates, and call numbers • Manage load-balancing across pod and assign projects to analysts • Maintain understanding of expertise relevant to sector coverage • Incorporate client feedback into ongoing project work
