Service Excellence Manager – RN

Access TeleCare

• Oversee all clinical processes and serve as the client champion for Access TeleCare’s Neurology programs • Build effective relationships with client stakeholders • Develop clinician workflows • Support new program implementation • Create action plans to support service performance • Interface with clinicians to facilitate clinical excellence • Serve as the clinical point of contact for practice-related issues at partner sites • Maintain working rapport with individual providers covering the service to address clinical workflow or practice issues • Build and maintain positive working relationships with partner facility clinical staff • Analyze and present reports on healthcare processes and patient outcomes • Coordinate performance improvement activities focused on specific patient services or organizational quality initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
  • 3+ years’ experience in healthcare
  • Prior experience as a charge nurse or nurse supervisor preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple EMR systems required
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including Excel for data manipulation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to exercise empathy when working with patients and their families
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate an understanding of standard clinical procedures, laws, and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to work independently, but function as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced organization and 100% Remote based environment
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasional travel for meetings and collaboration

Position OverviewThe Enterprise Account Manager owns post-sale relationships for enterprise payment processing (Scratch Checkout) accounts, with a focus on driving adoption, performance, retention, and expansion across large, multi-site veterinary organizations. This role acts as a strategic operator and partner to enterprise groups, ensuring successful rollout and ongoing performance of payments across hundreds of locations. The Enterprise Account Manager will work closely with corporate and veterinary practice stakeholders. This role is focused on large enterprise accounts (100+ locations) and requires the ability to navigate complex organizations, multiple stakeholders, and distributed operations. What You'll DoOwn Post-Sale Enterprise Relationships: - Own enterprise accounts post-sale, following transition from Director of Strategic Accounts. - Build and maintain relationships with executive, corporate, and regional stakeholders. - Serve as the primary point of contact to enterprise-level stakeholders and (on an as needed basis) practice staff members.
