• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the German market, ensuring alignment with company objectives • Monitor overall sales performance and ensure achievement of global targets and objectives by product category • Establish, track and optimize KPIs, defining action plans to drive growth and improve business performance within the luxury network • Lead business development initiatives, identifying and securing new B2B opportunities and strategic partnerships • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and business growth • Lead, coach and develop the commercial team (Area Managers, Trainers, Trade Marketing), ensuring high performance and engagement • Ensure excellence at POS level by driving customer experience, sales standards and execution quality • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement brand strategies, projects and launches effectively • Analyse business data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management • Ensure achievement of budgeted revenues and profitability targets
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally within luxury or selective cosmetics industry
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development and team management
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent analytical skills and strong experience managing business through KPI analysis
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented and highly collaborative

Role Description Arcadis is seeking a mid-level staff Archaeologist to join our growing Cultural Resources group in Atlanta, GA. Our team is known for innovation and outstanding customer service and will continue to build on these values. This is a remote position, but you must be physically located in the state of Georgia. This role will require the ability to travel up to 30%. As a mid-level Archaeologist, you will apply your technical knowledge to develop creative, effective, and economical solutions to address project issues. You will be a key cultural resource team member who interacts with project and program managers, and you will work as part of an interdisciplinary environmental team. You will also provide supervision, training, technical direction, and mentoring to junior-level staff, when appropriate. Role Accountabilities - Serve as a field technician in Georgia; other states may include South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana. - Work on multiple projects including all levels of investigation (Phase I, II, III). - Conduct field assessments related to archaeological projects. - Require a working knowledge of GPS systems and the ability to walk and conduct shovel test surveys for long hours, as well as carrying supplies weighing up to 40 pounds. - Use technical writing and communications skills to contribute to cultural resources technical reports and other project-related documents. - Apply knowledge and experience on transportation and infrastructure projects and prepare environmental documents in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). - Conduct archaeological field work for multiple projects and at all levels of investigation, from site identification to data recovery, and archaeological monitoring. - Work on projects that require shovel testing, pedestrian surveys, and site documentation. - Prepare technical reports and documents. - Have knowledge and experience working in Georgia at a federal and state level.
