Meadow Memorials
• Own warm inbound leads end-to-end - from first call to close - using Meadow's consultative playbook. • Guide families through cremation options with clarity and care, helping them make a confident decision in a single conversation when possible. • Run a disciplined follow-up rhythm across phone, text, and email so no family falls through the cracks. • Hit revenue targets while holding strong close rates and quality scores. • Move fluently across our stack - HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Confident, empathetic communicator who explains clearly, listens well, and excels on the phone.
- Self-driven seller motivated by both impact and performance; emotionally steady and highly coachable.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a consistent follow-up rhythm.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
