Role Description As a commercial point of contact for the French market, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across France. This is a true hunter role with full sales cycle ownership. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with prospective publishers, manage the sales funnel, and close new business. Key Responsibilities - Lead publisher acquisition efforts across the French market, from prospecting to closing. - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach and networking. - Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, relationship building, proposal discussions, negotiation, and closing. - Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand Refinery89's presence in France. - Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing publishing partners. - Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM. - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
