• Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks across AEM's product portfolio, translating technical capabilities into buyer-relevant value propositions • Ensure positioning holds up in competitive sales cycles and reflects how buyers actually make decisions • Own competitive intelligence as an ongoing discipline, not a one-time project • Monitor competitor positioning, product developments, and go-to-market moves across the environmental monitoring industry • Synthesize findings into usable briefs and enable sales with current, credible differentiation • Build and maintain the sales enablement library: battle cards, one-pagers, solution briefs, pitch narratives, and objection-handling guides • Ensure field teams have current, on-message materials that reflect actual product positioning and competitive reality • Work closely with sales leadership to understand where the gaps are and close them • Plan and execute product and feature launches end to end, from internal readiness through external announcement • Coordinate across Product, Sales and Marketing to land launches with impact • Train and prepare sales and support teams ahead of new product introductions • Contribute to AEM's thought leadership presence through bylines, speaking abstracts, white papers, and campaign messaging • Help define the narrative that differentiates AEM in a competitive market • Provide messaging and copy support across web, campaigns, press releases, and partner communications • Serve as a positioning and content resource for the broader marketing team
• Support an end-to-end comparison study of AI-assisted and AEM-conventional hydrologic model calibration. • Deliver benchmarking data, training materials, and a final recommendation report. • Assist in defining and documenting the AI vs. AEM model comparison framework. • Support the Hydrology Team in running AEM model simulations and collecting AI model results. • Gather, organize, and validate historical hydrometeorological datasets for calibration testing. • Participate in statistical performance analysis comparing auto-calibrated and manually calibrated models. • Document and evaluate the auto-calibration feature in VFLO. • Contribute to the development of training materials and best-practice documentation for AEM hydrologists. • Assist the Project Lead in preparing the final report and recommendation by August 21, 2026.

• Lead, mentor, and develop AP Clerks, managing workload distribution, performance standards, and professional growth • Manage the AP inbox, ensuring vendor and internal inquiries are responded to within 24 hours and routed appropriately • Establish clear expectations, accountability metrics, and standard operating procedures for the AP team • Evaluate current systems and implement AP automation tools to streamline invoice capture, coding, approval workflows, and payment execution • Drive adoption of AI-based solutions for invoice classification, duplicate detection, 3-way matching, and exception handling • Develop and monitor KPIs (cycle time, straight-through processing rate, error rate) to measure efficiency gains and identify bottlenecks • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the AP function, reducing manual touchpoints and increasing throughput • Manage all payment runs including ACH, wire, virtual card, and check, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely execution • Partner with Operations to allocate available funds to open AP bills based on company operational needs and cash position • Optimize payment terms strategy including early pay discounts and vendor financing opportunities • Enforce payment controls, segregation of duties, and fraud prevention protocols in coordination with Finance leadership • Manage COGS and OPEX coding accuracy across GL accounts and departments on the income statement • Review actual versus budget for COGS and expenses, initiating corrections as appropriate and escalating variances • Ensure all AP transactions and accruals are posted in accordance with the published close schedule • Maintain and distribute the vendor master list, including GL account and departmental coding • Support external audit processes by preparing AP-related schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation; serve as primary AP liaison to external auditors and respond to auditor inquiries in a timely manner • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on vendor issues and payment inquiries • Oversee vendor onboarding, W-9/1099 compliance, and vendor master data integrity • Manage company credit card program and expense reporting policy, ensuring compliance and timely reconciliation
• Own qualified pipeline targets and be accountable for Marketing’s contribution to revenue across AEM's markets • Design and lead integrated demand creation campaigns • Generate original campaign concepts • Build campaigns with synergistic marketing channels • Own tradeshow and event strategy • Build and run ABM programs for priority accounts • Manage a team of marketing managers and lead the SDR function • Own the marketing technology stack and build reporting for funnel visibility • Combine first principles thinking with applied AI to transform Marketing toward an AI-native operation
• Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners. • Coordinate and collaborate with AEMs field-based Business Development Managers to help drive pipeline via the channel. • Collaborate with Market Leaders and Sales Leadership to develop a strategic plan for each market, then present and get buy-in from the partner(s) in the market. • Partner with Market Leader and BDM to ensure partner engagement across all target channels/industries in the market; identify coverage gaps that may necessitate increasing partner coverage in order to achieve AEM’s strategic objectives. • Collaborate with partners to identify joint business opportunities and drive pipeline growth. • Enable partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to successfully position and sell AEM’s solutions. • Co-create go-to-market strategies and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives with channel partners. • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and fostering long-term relationships. • Monitor and report on partner performance, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and business objectives. • Drive partner engagement by attending industry events, partner meetings, and training sessions.
• Partner with business stakeholders across departments to document and map existing workflows and identify friction points, bottlenecks, and manual effort. • Research, evaluate, and prototype AI tools and platforms (including large language models, workflow automation tools, and AI agents) suited to identified business needs. • Build and test proof-of-concept automations using tools such as Power Automate, n8n.io, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude Code, Claude APIs or similar platforms. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to iterate on solutions and move successful prototypes toward production readiness. • Document solution architectures, implementation steps, and user guides for deployed automations. • Present findings, prototypes, and recommendations to IT leadership and business stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
