• Lead the implementation of Tandem’s solutions and guide users as a trusted expert. • Develop a deep understanding of users’ clinical environments and tailor Tandem to address their unique requirements. • Provide expert user support, quickly resolve issues, and surface opportunities for new product enhancements. • Collaborate closely with a world-class product and engineering team to shape Tandem’s product. • Represent Tandem at conferences, events, and workshops, sharing our vision with clinicians and stakeholders.
• Actively acquire new customers through a combination of outbound efforts (cold calling, appointment setting, product demos, negotiations, and closing) and partner-led sales in close collaboration with commercial partners, with both channels being equally important for success. • Drive and contribute to public tender processes, ensuring high-quality submissions and strategic positioning; prior experience working with public tenders is highly desirable. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including end-users (such as medical doctors, social workers, medical nurses, and student health professionals), key decision-makers, and commercial partners. • Develop a deep understanding of end-user needs and pain points, demonstrating a genuine interest in improving their day-to-day work and outcomes. • Represent Tandem Health at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, acting as an ambassador for our mission, solutions, and long-term vision. • Strategically plan and execute sales initiatives to effectively penetrate and grow within the Finnish market, with a focus on building sustainable, long-term partnerships rather than short-term wins. • Collaborate closely with Medical Operations, marketing, product, and partner teams to incorporate market feedback and continuously improve the customer experience and offering. • Use digital GTM tools and CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and partnerships in a structured, transparent way.
• Work across the ecosystem and introduce Tandem to public and private healthcare services in UK and Ireland • Develop proposals and deliver pitches to potential new clients • Manage sales pipeline and close commercial deals • Help build the local customer success team to onboard new customers • Contribute to product development to ensure optimal copilot for market • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the market
• Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support global commercial efforts. • Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers. • Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver smooth rollouts and seamless workflow integration. • Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events. • Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support. • Troubleshoot and solve problems to ensure clinicians get maximum value from Tandem. • Build templates and prompts, contributing to the ongoing evolution of Tandem’s AI assistant. • Manage clinical safety incidents and optimise internal operations for safe scaling.
• Lead customer implementation projects end to end, keeping deliveries on track, on scope, and on time. • Coordinate the technical setup — including EHR integrations — working closely with our engineering team. • Work with customers and our Medical Operations team to ensure the right documentation templates are built and configured for each clinical environment. • Coordinate user training programmes together with Medical Operations, ensuring clinicians are confident and ready at go-live. • Act as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the delivery phase, building trust and maintaining momentum. • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams. • Continuously refine our delivery playbook, contributing to scalable processes as our Finnish customer base grows.
