What You’ll Be Doing - Contribute to enhancing our existing Perl code base powering our network automation systems and internal toolset. Implement new code using a modular approach with automated testing and reporting on code coverage. - Identify and reduce technical debt, improve performance and reliability, and participate in scaling decisions across our platform. - Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs. Ensure adherence to API standards, versioning practices, and monitoring instrumentation. - Play a key role in our release process by writing reliable tests, reviewing code rigorously, and contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements. - Support the growth of junior engineers through pairing, thoughtful code reviews, and informal coaching. Promote sound design principles and foster a culture of continuous technical learning. • Investigate and document customer data sources and build agentic AI-powered workflows. • Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data across Adobe Experience League's MarTech platforms. • Develop and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual data handling and improve data quality across the marketing tech stack. • Partner with marketing, content, and analytics partners to translate business requirements into robust data engineering solutions.

• Design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows (e.g. Rewst, Kaseya) • Identify automation opportunities by reviewing service desk and operational processes • Monitor and maintain automations to ensure performance and continuous improvement • Collaborate with service desk, operations, and leadership to prioritise initiatives • Reduce manual workloads through scalable, efficient solutions • Create and maintain clear documentation (process maps, workflows, KB articles) • Troubleshoot automation issues and provide L2/L3 technical support • Improve onboarding/offboarding processes via automation • Align automation efforts with business and service delivery goals • Provide recommendations to optimise after-hours support and reduce overtime • Deliver outcomes independently while maintaining strong stakeholder communication • Work with internal and offshore/MSP teams to ensure seamless delivery • Contribute to reusable frameworks and automation best practices
