Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.

  • 4+ years of progressive, hands-on experience within a corporate FP&A environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel (including VBA and Power Query).
  • Strong command of modern data stacks for predictive financial data science.

Role Description: The Level 0 Programme Batch Planning Lead is accountable for the development, control, and assurance of the integrated Level 0 & Level 1 schedule for all Batches, including major elements of the program. The role provides strategic scheduling leadership across multiple ships, ensuring interdependencies between Manufacturing, shipyard capacity, supply chains, combat system integration, and trials resources are fully integrated and actively managed. The position ensures the Level 0 schedule optimises batch delivery outcomes, maintains coherence across ship build sequences, and provides authoritative schedule insight to support executive decision-making, risk management, and government governance in a complex, highly regulated defence environment.
