Job Description In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing our partners’ ecosystem of advisory, system integrators and technology partners. We aspire to grow revenue and build a long-term profitable business with our most valuable partners at the strategic level. The Partner Manager – SI requires close engagement with sales, product, and technical enablement teams. The candidate will need deep experience influencing strategic relationships within a partnership to achieve sales results at an North America level. The ideal candidate deeply understands our technology and can assess new opportunities and establish innovative and breakthrough approaches to translate that opportunity into revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities in this role are acquiring, onboarding, and enabling new partners (resellers, referrals, advisory, system integrators, and technology partners) and managing relationships with existing partners Identify new targeted partners (acquisition plan) aligns with our goals in our fast paced, startup mentality environment Develop and execute an impactful go-to-market plan to acquire and activate new partners in our ecosystem Engage and follow up with new and existing partners to sign-up to the partnership program, support onboarding and execute the sales through the channel partners ecosystem Drive a consistent growth in sales capacity through the partners’ ecosystem • Coordinate effective communication channel with Partners: including training sessions, webinars, partner program updates, demo videos, product updates together with the marketing and business development team Execute Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners • Report on partners’ acquisition and business status Aggregate pipeline and forecasting engagements and report to the leadership • Create top accounts blueprints and deals closing plans Co-own and help to improve Kore.ai partnership program Qualifications MUST HAVE SKILLS Minimum 5 years’ experience with both regional and global system integrator partner management, sales, business development, or partners program development in the enterprise software industry required Experience in sales through the partners’ ecosystem required Experience with enterprise software (SaaS) or cloud solutions required Experience in the development or execution through the partners’ program required Ability to operate independently and run your partners like your own business Experience in multitasking throughout partner program Contacts in the partner ecosystem Business development, alliance management in the technology/software industry are a plus Preference on experience working in the healthcare or life sciences industry OTHER SKILLS WE’D APPRECIATE Strong executive presence, including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences. Strong teamwork skills are also required to work in a highly matrixed environment successfully Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment. EDUCATION QUALIFICATION An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science is required, with advanced degrees (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) a strong plus Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $150,000 – $160,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity. Additional Information We are a fully virtual company, collaborating across 27 countries. Open to candidates worldwide - work remotely from anywhere. This is a contract opportunity, not a full-time employment role. This role requires the availability of at least 30 to 40 hours per week.
