Role Description The Global Advisor role is responsible for managing clients across multiple countries. Responsibilities include implementing and servicing global and local plans, project management, strategy development and execution, and providing services to clients through the following functions: - Oversee all aspects of global client management, including implementing benefit plans, providing daily support, building client relationships, and managing renewals. - Offer strategic analysis and consulting expertise for clients’ international benefits programs, helping them design and improve these offerings. - Work collaboratively with team members on complex, global projects that require input from multiple experts. - Educate clients about benefit plan management and ensure compliance with both country-specific and local regulations. - Advise on multinational benefit solutions, such as international pooling, captives, global underwriting, and other financial arrangements. - Provide guidance on programs for global travelers, medical coverage, and expatriate employee benefits. - Manage projects for global clients to ensure they are completed successfully and on time. - Communicate effectively with all levels of a client’s organization, from local HR teams to senior leaders like the CEO and CFO. - Participate in business development by prospecting new clients and supporting the sales process, including responding to RFPs and attending finalist presentations. - Consistently deliver the highest level of client service as expected from our brand. - Collaborate with our network of local and global benefits experts to meet client needs. Global Benefits Admin Specialist

Role Description - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related inquiries, issues, and escalations - Process benefits events in collaboration with client and working with brokers and carriers - Manage data feeds and integrations between HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits platforms inclusive of discrepancy resolution - Collaborate with advisory team, clients, brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits related issues and ensure compliance - Collect, validate, and document client benefit plans and policies, guide clients through setup during onboarding: configuring benefits, eligibility rules, workflows, and integration where needed - Leverage and Train AI to automate processes - Conduct audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and service level agreements - Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for outsourced processes Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR support, or client-facing outsourcing/enrollment processing roles - Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar platforms) - Understanding of global employee benefits programs and related compliance requirements - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide high-quality client service to ensure client satisfaction - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail - Comfortable with excel and handling large data sets, inclusive of utilizing Excel formulas (v-lookup, pivot tables etc.) - Experience with AI - Experience with data integration and file feeds between HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems. - Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams - Experience supporting open enrollment and life event processing in an outsourced environment. - Bachelor’s degree - English Proficiency Benefits - Competitive compensation including base salary - Performance-based bonus programs - Comprehensive benefits package Company Description Sequoia is the strategic partner helping investor-backed companies of all sizes achieve their business goals through smarter people spend. What You Get to Do: The Client Manager builds trusted relationships by developing a thorough understanding of clients’ needs, consulting with clients on their short, medium and long-term goals and partnering closely with them on executing service excellence. Advise on best practices for benefits consulting and administration to help our clients achieve their goals and objectives Manage weekly client calls and interactive project plans Facilitate and drive new client onboarding, implementations with vendors, carriers and compliance Oversee the renewal and open enrollment process for clients on an annual basis; benchmarking to industry standards, partner with clients on their future strategy, drive client decisions, manage timelines, employee communications, conduct employee education meetings (webinars, in-person presentations, etc.) Keep clients apprised of appropriate compliance, industry trends and events, including all state and federal regulatory issues Be a proactive, empathetic partner to help resolve issues with our clients and their employees Work closely with the Sequoia team on Global Benefits, 401k, Risk Management and HRIS/ Benefits administration Be an integral part of shaping, growing and scaling our Small Business practice.
