• Support our international mid-sized clients in the implementation and technical realization of procurement solutions. • Configure and customize Oracle applications in the areas of procurement, sourcing, and cost management. • Translate business requirements into system solutions and functional or technical specifications. • Execute system implementations across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Set up and adapt workflows, approval processes, catalogs, and supplier portals. • Support system integration topics (e.g., interfaces to ERP, finance, or logistics systems). • Perform testing activities (unit tests, integration tests, UAT) as well as issue analysis and resolution. • Support data migration, master data structures, and system go-lives. • Deliver enduser trainings and provide go-live support. • Occasional travel to client sites.
Job Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in business informatics, computer science, business administration with IT focus, or a comparable field.
- Initial hands-on experience in system configuration, customizing, or technical implementation of business processes.
- Understanding of procurement processes (S2P/P2P) and their mapping in IT systems.
- Basic knowledge of at least one ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and ideally exposure to interfaces, data structures, or workflows.
- Technical understanding of data models, integrations (e.g., APIs, interfaces), and system architectures.
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong affinity for IT systems.
- Strong communication skills, especially in bridging business and IT stakeholders.
