District Sales Leader – Mobile C-Arm Image Guided Therapy
Philips
• Lead the Philips Mobile C-arm (MOS) business towards profitable growth • Oversee and manage all aspects of the MOS business in the territory • Manage a team of MOS Key Account Managers, Inside Sales Account Managers and Demo Specialists • Work with the team to set zone strategy and develop business plans • Develop executive communications to report on business progress • Manage pricing/discounting levels to optimize business results • Lead business forecasting process on a quarterly/monthly basis • Ensure demo specialists are allocated properly to drive clinical acceptance • Coordinate with project management team and clinical education teams for successful implementation • Work with service team to resolve customer issues quickly
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of healthcare equipment sales and/or account management experience
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience
- deep understanding of the Capital Equipment business and the surgery market
- people and matrix management experience
- strong business acumen skills
