What you'll do The Executive Assistant will provide support to Europe-based senior leadership, primarily the CFO. Acting as the trusted liaison between these executives and their internal/external stakeholders and teams, you will work to ensure that they are able to focus on priority work by leveraging your exceptional organization, communication, and administrative skills to triage and prioritize incoming requests. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate calendar for executives across multiple time zones - Act as the point of contact for internal/external stakeholders requiring time and/or action - Proactively coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, venue and technology, documenting minutes etc. - Confirm travel arrangements, including (but not limited to) flight and hotel bookings, transfers, visa coordination, and other local requirements - Manage expenses and invoices - Assist in preparing documents and presentations - Assist with ad hoc/situational requests Who are you We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. A Brief Overview The Senior Legal Executive Assistant (SrLEA) will support TriNet's Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and/or a combination of the CLO and SLT (Senior Leadership Team).
