What you'll do This strategic leadership role gives you full ownership of Airwallex's financial markets and financial platform product strategy and roadmap. The Financial Markets team owns our FX platform, Liquidity Platform and Stablecoin platform. The Financial Platform team owns our ledger, wallet experience, reporting and reconciliation. As Product Director, you'll collaborate deeply with financial partnerships, engineering, commercial, and operations teams to solve complex challenges and support ongoing product innovation. You'll manage and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, act as the subject matter expert for money movement and FX within Airwallex, and champion fast iteration on product launches and feature enhancements. This role can be based in SF, Singapore, Melbourne or Sydney Responsibilities - Define and own Airwallex's financial market's product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans. - Lead, mentor and develop a team of high performing product managers. - Partner closely with engineering and design teams to build high-quality, scalable features and user experiences across web and mobile, driving clarity on requirements, trade-offs and timelines. - Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, legal and finance teams to navigate regulatory and operational complexity while delivering simple, easy-to-use products for our clients. Deeply understand user needs, target markets, and the competitive landscape; leverage customer and partner feedback to inform strategy and prioritization. - Manage difficult tradeoffs between long-term product vision and near-term growth, adapting quickly within a highly data-driven, fast-paced environment. - Lead the extension of financial markets into new verticals and use cases, validating opportunities and taking new propositions from concept to launch. - Monitor product performance, drive continuous operational improvement, and remain ahead of industry trends in finance, payments, and technology. Reporting to the Vice President of Research, the Associate Director will help build and implement IHEP’s research agenda focused on postsecondary value, data and transparency, strong outcome for all students, need-based financial aid, equitable admissions, and evidence-based completion. Although IHEP is headquartered in Washington, D.C., we operate fully remotely on a day-to-day basis. We come together, in-person in D.C., three to four times a year to connect, build cohesion, and bond as a full staff. We welcome remote applicants for this position with the understanding that this role will require regular in-person attendance at meetings in the D.C. area in addition to some national travel. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Support the Vice President of Research in directing IHEP’s research portfolio. - Conceptualize, design, and manage research projects to advance IHEP’s research agenda. The role lives at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, and production management. Video is the new center of gravity. Buyers increasingly evaluate AI providers through video - customer stories, product walkthroughs, executive thought leadership, demos, conference recordings - and Seekr's creative function needs to be built for that reality, not bolted onto an older content motion. You will own the video strategy, the video calendar, the production capability (in-house and agency-supported), and the standard for what ships. This is a manager-of-craft role with a real team. A Senior Manager, Brand & Creative reports to you, owning day-to-day brand stewardship and content production. A Senior Designer (hiring) reports to you, owning visual design across all surfaces. An external creative agency supports the function on video and other high-craft work; you direct that relationship as a buyer who knows what good looks like and can transition work in-house where the math favors it.
